• Children until 2 years: 100 % discount
• From 2 to 6 years: 50% discount
• From 6 to 12 years: 30% discount
• From 12 years: 20 % discount

Children/adults receive with 2 full paying adults in the parents' room the discounts given when they sleep in the extra bed.
The discounts are based on the current daily rates.
You want on arrival leisurely breakfast with us? We charge € 15.00 per person.
The tourist tax of € 1.90 per person and day will be charged separately. In case of any value added tax rate increases the prices will be adjusted. Unused services are not refundable.

On arrival day the apartments are available from about 3 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know. On departure day, we ask you kindly to vacate your apartment before 10.00 am. In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit in the amount of € 300.00. The deposit can be paid by postal order or bank transfer. Bookings are valid only after receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit.

• The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
• In case of no show, late arrival or premature departure all unused days of travel arrangements will be charged at 100%.
• In case of cancellation within 60-30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 30 days before date of arrival, 70% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before date of arrival, 90% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival or leave in advance, or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form.

We accept cash (up to € 2.999,00) cheques, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, traveller cheques.
