Price information

The prices are per person per day for a stay of one week
Minimum occupancy: 2 people
Minimum stay: 3 nights

Discounts and surcharges

• Children under 2 years: 100% discount
• From 2 to 6 years: 50% discount
• From 6 to 12 years: 30% discount
• From 12 years: 20% discount

Children/adults receive with 2 full paying adults in the parents' room the discounts given when they sleep in the extra bed. The discounts are based on the current daily rates.

The prices quoted do not include tourist tax (local tax). In case of any value added tax rate increases the prices will be adjusted. Unused services are non-refundable.

On arrival day the apartments are available from about 3 pm. If you arrive after 6 pm, please let us know. On departure day, we ask you kindly to vacate your apartment before 10.00 am. In case of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Reservation

Reservations are considered binding upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the offer. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or online payment. Bookings are only valid upon receipt of the booking confirmation and the deposit.

Cancellation terms

• The deposit will be forfeited in case of cancellation.
• In case of no show, late arrival or premature departure all unused days of travel arrangements will be charged at 100%.
• In case of cancellation within 60-30 days before date of arrival, 50% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 30 days before date of arrival, 70% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within the last 7 days before date of arrival, 90% of the travel arrangement will be charged.
• We highly recommend travel cancellation insurance.

Travel cancellation insurance
To protect yourself if you are forced to postpone your arrival, leave in advance or to completely cancel your hotel reservation for health or other valid reasons, we suggest that you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy. Upon request, we will be pleased to provide additional information and the relative form.
